What does the price of admission include?

The price of admission includes entrance to all conference sessions, Friday night dinner, breakfast on Saturday morning as well as snacks and drinks (water/coffee) throughout the conference.

Is there childcare?

Childcare is available for registered volunteers. Space is limited.

I can't attend all sessions. Are daily rates available?

Partial registrations are NOT available. You are encouraged to register and attend the portions of the conference that your schedule allows.

Is there a nearby hotel with a special conference rate?

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

All tickets are transferable but not refundable.

How can I make a donation to enable another person to attend the conference?

There is a place on the online registration form to make a donation toward our scholarship fund.

How do I receive a scholarship?
